Wedding Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Competition begins 10.00am 12th October, 2008 at the Our Wedding Expo and Bridal Fair at Wagga RSL, Dobbs St, Wagga Wagga 2650.
2. Prize value is in excess of $3,500 based on the value of the product and services being offered by participating businesses.
3. The closing date and time of the competition will be on the 5th April 2009 at 1:30pm.
4. There is only one (1) winner and the winner MUST be at the Barrel Draw of the competition at the Our Wedding Expo and Bridal Fair at Albury Convention Centre, Swift St, Albury NSW 2640 at 1:30pm.
5. The winner must have proof of identity at the draw. Eg: Driver Licence.
6. Entrants in the competition acknowledge that they accept all conditions of entry to the Unlimited Marketing Potential (Trading as Our Wedding Expos™) competition.
7. Entry forms can only be lodged at the Wagga RSL, Dobbs St, Wagga Wagga 2650 on Sunday 12th October 2008 between 10am and 3:0pm and Albury Convention Centre, Swift St, Albury NSW 2640 on Sunday 5th April 2009 between 10am and 1:30pm.
8. If the first draw winner is not in attendance at the draw then a draw will continue until a winner is in attendance to collect the prize.
9. All entries must be on the official entry form and only one (1) entry per wedding couple.
10. All entrants acknowledge that by completing the competition application form they authorise the promoter and businesses to make contact with them from time to time via e-mail, phone or written communication and that their information will be held on a secure data base.

12. The promoter accepts no responsibility for competition businesses not being available on the chosen date of the winners wedding.
13. The winner must undertake their best endeavours to seek a date with their chosen businesses for a date that will be suitable to all parties.
14. The winner accepts the terms and conditions of the participating businesses of the competition (as per below).
15. The winner acknowledges that availability conditions apply to all competition businesses.
16. All businesses that are part of the competition may not be available on your chosen date for your wedding if this is the case it will be the responsibility of the competition winner to organise a date that fits with the businesses.
17. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or a lesser value prize.
18. Prizes are not redeemable for any other services.
19. The Winner acknowledges that some prizes require the purchase of a service or product to redeem the prize.
20. Notification of the winner will be advised on website www.ourweddingexpos.com.au
21. Prize is not transferable to any other party other than the winner.
22. If the winner decides that one of the prizes is not suitable they are not compensated for the diminished competition prize value.
23. The winner of the competition acknowledges that there is no claim or rebuttal against the prize promoter or any participating competition business. No correspondence will be entered into.
24. All prizes must be booked and used by 9th October 2009.
25. If a booking has already been made with one of the prize suppliers before winning the prize, that prize is no longer available to be used.
26. If the prize redeemed is less than the offered value, money or other product will not be offered in return.

38. The prize covers travel up to 50km from the Wagga Wagga CBD - if additional travel is required, a surcharge of 80c per kilometre applies.
